We offer Armenian language classes for all levels: beginner, intermediate, advanced and conversation. Learn Armenian in a comfortable, casual environment and make it a fun, enriching experience! Armenian is the native language of Armenia, a country in Transcaucasia bordering Turkey and Iran. It is spoken by almost 4 million people. There are Armenian communities in many other countries like Georgia, Azerbaijan, Iran, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Turkey Russia and the United States in Los Angeles and Glendale California. Armenian constitutes a separate branch of the Indo-European family. The Armenian language has a long literary history that goes back to over 3,000 years. The alphabet consists of 39 letters. The Armenian call their country Hayastan and their language Hayaren. There are two main dialects of Armenian (Eastern Armenian and Western Armenian). Much of the vocabulary of Armenian is not to be found in any other Indo-European language. Check our Weekly Schedule for times and days of our weekly Armenian lessons. The Eastern Armenian weekly program is structured into three levels: beginner, intermediate, advanced. Each level is divided into four sub-levels: A, B, C, and D.

Lessons 1-30 cover Introductions, travel, food and drink, restaurants, accommodations. Questions words, vocabulary words about health, finance, traveling to the countryside, etc.
